Katerina Kountourioti

Katerina Kountourioti is a student at the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts at the Cyprus University of Technology. She began working at Lemesos 2030 as a digital creator, taking photos and creating videos for social media and the press as part of her internship course. However, she continues working here, even after the end of that period. What kept her in the organisation was a question posed by the artistic director, "What does Limassol need?" As someone born and raised in Limassol, this city of contradictions means home. She has seen it change over the years, experiencing both its positives and negatives. She wants to see the city become greener and more welcoming to its residents, both new and old. With experience as a photographer at CUTing Edge since 2021 and by volunteering in various countries around the world, she came to pay attention to details, have a strong sense of responsibility, and respect diversity.
