Ria Alexandrou

Ria Alexandrou (b.1990) is a visual artist based in Limassol, graduated from Athens School of Fine Arts. (2009-2014). She presented her work in group exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad and held two solo exhibitions (2016), (2022) . She was a co-founding member of ‘Panic Soup’ an artistic group whose activity was the creation of interventions/happenings in the urban landscape (2015-2016) and from 2017 she created and is the artistic director of the multi-venue/bar  ́Tapper ́ and runs the project space ‘uppertapper' which holds exhibitions, workshops, presentations, talks, performances, screenings with a focus on the local art scene and its visibility.
